The matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations, and not by the law.

Addendum

These terms will be effective January 15, 2019. However, for new members who join during the period from the announcement date of this agreement to the day before the application date, these terms shall apply from the time of membership.
